Who this covers

This policy covers the Snack Lob app, made by Pettigrew Lab LLC, on every device it runs on.

What the game saves on your device

The levels you've cleared, your stars and planet cards, the names you gave the monsters and the clothes they're wearing, your best score and your Today's Feed score, whether the sound is on, which tips you've already seen, and a short list of recent games the game keeps for itself.

All of it stays inside the app on your device. It isn't sent to us and we can't see it.

It isn't included in your device's backups either, so a new phone starts the game fresh.

The break between levels

On Android, the game sometimes shows a card for one of our other games between levels. It is marked Ad and can be closed after 3 seconds. It never shows during a level.

These cards come from the game itself, not from an ad network, so nothing about you or your device is sent anywhere to show them.

Tapping through to Google Play asks a grown-up question first. If you go on, Google Play opens and handles things from there under its own privacy policy.

Rating the game

After you've cleared a few levels, the game may ask Google Play or the App Store to show their rating window, once per version. That window belongs to the store, and anything you write there is between you and the store.

What the game doesn't do

There's no account and nothing to sign into, so we don't have your name or your email unless you write to us yourself.

There's no analytics, no crash reporting and no tracking of any kind, and no ad network.

The game doesn't ask for your location, camera, microphone, photos or contacts.

Kids

Snack Lob is made for kids and their families. Because it collects nothing from anyone, it collects nothing from children either.

Deleting your data

Uninstall the game or clear its data in your device's settings, and everything it saved is gone. There's nothing on our side to delete, because nothing was sent to us.

If you write to the address below, we have your email and whatever you put in the message, and we keep it only as long as it takes to answer you.

If this changes

If a future version collects anything, for example by using an ad network, this page is updated before that version ships, and the date at the top changes.
