How high can a dolphin jump?
A real one clears about 16 feet. Yours can go a lot higher. Dive deep, launch out of the water, flip, and land clean. Every clean landing makes the next wave bigger. Keep it going and you leave the sky behind.

All three are open from the start, and each one climbs its own way. Tap one and it rides along this page.
From the waves to Pluto
Every height is a real place, squashed down so you can get there in two minutes. Pass a new one and you get ten more seconds.

Bump into whoever you meet up there. They have opinions.
Pass a planet on the way up and it slingshots you.
Try a run
This is the real game, 30 seconds of it. Dive deep, come up fast and see how high you get before the clock runs out.
- Underwater, turn to steer. Point down to dive, then curve back up. The gold line shows where you will fly.
- Tap both buttons right as you break the surface.
- In the air, hold one button to flip. Coming down, line your nose up with the fall.
On a keyboard, the arrow keys turn and the space bar is both.
Timing is the whole trick

The perfect breach
Tap both buttons in the last moment before you break the surface and you launch harder. Too early or too late and nothing happens.

The swell
Land nose first and the next wave comes up bigger. String clean landings together and every jump starts higher than the last.

The gold line
Swimming up, a dotted line shows where you will fly. Steer until it turns gold and you are lined up with a ring or someone in the sky.
Things live down here

Whales
Swim into one near the surface and it launches you.

Jellyfish
Bump one and it stings. You slow right down.

Currents
Some stretches of water push you sideways. Plan for it.
Now go up.
Everything down here is about one thing: leaving it as fast as you can.
Twenty tricks worth showing off
Front flips, back flips and twists all count, but only if you land them. Every landing shows you the whole sum, trick by trick.

Questions
How high can a real dolphin jump?
Bottlenose dolphins have been seen jumping about 16 feet (4.9 m) out of the water. In the game, a dolphin that keeps landing clean ends up past the Moon.
What phones does it run on?
iPhone and Android phones. It runs on an iPad too, in a phone-sized window.
Does it need internet?
No. The game runs offline. Ads need a connection, so with no signal you just don't see any.
How long is a game?
Two minutes, plus ten seconds for every new height you reach. Hit Pluto and the run ends early as a win.
Is it hard?
The first jump comes with a short lesson, and the clock waits while you learn. Landing clean every time is the hard part. That part is the game.
Who made it?
Pettigrew Lab, a small family studio. It started from an old dolphin game we loved, and we rebuilt the idea from scratch with our own animals and a lot of paper.
