Bond Swap support
The questions people ask most, then an email address if yours is not here.
Why did my swap slide back?
A swap only counts if it makes a molecule on that level's recipe list. If it doesn't, it slides back and costs nothing. The line under the board says why.
Helium tubes and free radicals can't be swapped at all. Make a molecule next to one instead.
What do the dots on each atom mean?
Each dot is a bond the atom wants. Hydrogen wants 1, oxygen 2, nitrogen 3 and carbon 4. A group of touching atoms reacts when every dot in it is used.
What are Stir and Nudge?
Stir shuffles the atoms for free, twice a level. Helium, radicals and rust stay where they are.
Nudge lets you swap any two atoms even if nothing forms, three times a level. Tap Nudge, then swap. Each nudge costs a move.
What do glowing atoms do?
Some bigger molecules leave one atom glowing. Use that atom in your next molecule and it goes off: a row, a column or a 3×3 square, depending on the molecule.
How do stars work?
Win a level for one star. The other two come from the moves you have left at the end. The box at the top right shows how many you need.
What is Today's lab?
One board a day, the same for everyone. Your first finished run is kept, and Copy result gives you a line to send to your family.
I paid to remove ads. How do I get that on a new phone?
Sign into the same Google or Apple account on the new phone, open the game, and tap Restore purchase in Settings.
Where is my progress saved?
On your device, inside the game. There's no account, so there's nothing on our side to move or restore.
