Tap a square, then one at the bottom, to put it in. Or tap one at the bottom first to see where it already is.
For grown-ups
Sudoku is a logic puzzle, so there is no adding or counting. Every row, column and box needs one of each animal, and a kid works out where each one goes by looking at what is already there.
Start on the 4x4 board. When a kid gets stuck, tap a dog and the board shades every row, column and box that already has a dog, so the squares left are easy to see. Help shows the next move.
There are new puzzles every day, no ads and nothing to sign up for. Print one for the car.
