The app is quiet

That’s on purpose: you read the top line out loud. To turn sound on, open Grown-ups and switch on Sound on. The speaker buttons work either way.

Adding a second kid

Open Grown-ups, find Kids, and tap Add a kid. Give them a name, then tap their name on the home screen to switch who’s playing.

Playing without stars

Tap Just learning on the home screen. Nothing is earned or kept until you tap a kid’s name again.

A letter won’t count

Tracing checks every part of the letter, so one line or half a letter won’t pass. Go over every stroke, or tap I’m done once most of it is covered.

Changing the dares

Open Grown-ups and scroll to The Star Jar. You can rename any dare, change what it costs, remove it, or add your own.

Starting over

In Grown-ups, hold the clear button to wipe everything: every kid’s stars, the settings and the fridge. To remove just one kid, tap Remove next to their name.

Buying, refunds and a new device

You buy it once through Google Play or the App Store, and they handle refunds. On a new device, sign in to the same store account to download it again.

Stars and drawings stay on the old device, because nothing is ever sent anywhere.
