Data to AI privacy policy

Short version: the Data to AI app doesn’t collect anything about you. No account, no analytics, no ads. Your progress stays on your device.
Who this covers
This policy covers the Data to AI app for iPhone, iPad and Android, made by Pettigrew Lab LLC.
What the app stores
Your progress through the lessons, the Talk Cards you’ve collected, the mystery clues you’ve found, your settings, and whether you’ve unlocked the full course.
All of it is saved on your phone or tablet, inside the app. It’s never sent to us or to anyone else, and we can’t see it.
What the app doesn’t do
There’s no account and nothing to sign into, so we don’t have your name, email or password.
There are no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising and no tracking of any kind, and no third-party code in the app that reports on you. The lessons work in airplane mode.
Buying the full course
The one-time unlock is sold through the App Store on iPhone and iPad, and through Google Play on Android. Apple or Google handles the payment under its own privacy policy, and we never see your card details, your Apple Account or your Google account.
The app asks the store one thing: has the account on this device bought the unlock? The answer is saved on the device as a yes or no. We don’t keep order numbers or purchase history.
Kids and teens
The course is written for teens and the adults in their lives. The app collects no personal information from anyone, so it collects none from children either. Parents can read the same thing inside the app, under Me, then For parents.
Links out of the app
The last module points to a few free dataset sites. Those links open in your browser, and those sites have their own privacy policies and age rules.
Deleting your data
Tap Me, then Start over, to wipe your progress, cards and clues. Uninstalling the app deletes everything it stored. There’s nothing on our side to delete, because nothing was ever sent to us.
Starting over keeps the unlock. If you uninstall, tap Restore after reinstalling and the store brings it back, as long as you’re signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account.
If this changes
If a future version ever sends data anywhere, this page gets updated before that version ships, and the date at the top changes.
